Welcome to Ocean Kove Homes. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline how we operate, what you can expect from us, and your responsibilities as a client.

All work will be carried out as outlined in the approved quote or contract. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional costs or affect the project timeline.

• All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
   
• Pricing is based on the information provided at the time of quoting.
   
• Variations or unforeseen conditions (e.g. hidden structural issues) may affect the final cost.
   
• Any changes will be discussed and approved by you before proceeding.
   

• A deposit is required to secure your booking and begin works or material orders.
   
• Progress payments will be outlined in your quote and invoiced accordingly.
   
• Final payment is due upon completion of the project.
   
• Late payments may incur fees or delay progress.
   

We will provide an estimated timeline for your project. Please note that weather, material availability, or subcontractor scheduling may impact the timeline. We’ll communicate any delays promptly.

You agree to provide access to the property during working hours and ensure the site is safe and ready for construction (e.g. cleared of personal items or hazards).

Where specific materials or brands are requested, we’ll do our best to source them. In the event of supply issues or discontinuation, we’ll offer a suitable alternative in consultation with you.

Any changes to the original scope of work must be requested in writing. Variations may result in additional charges and/or adjustments to the timeline.

We stand by our work and comply with all QLD building standards. We offer a warranty on workmanship as required under Queensland law. Any defects or concerns should be reported to us as soon as possible for assessment and resolution.

If you cancel the project after accepting the quote, cancellation fees may apply depending on how far into the project we are and what materials have been ordered.

Ocean Kove Homes is fully licensed and insured. All work is carried out in accordance with relevant Australian Standards and local council requirements.

We are not liable for any damage, delay, or costs arising from factors beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, supplier delays, or third-party actions).

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared without your consent, unless required by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
